Publication runs in batches of one hundred and in population order, and a batch is admitted to this index only after its pages have cleared a comparison against every guide the programme has already published on any of its ten addresses.

Choose a city name to read the guide written for that place alone, with readings from its own market, the selling rules of its state and an example priced at its median.

Each address in the programme is capped at two hundred guides. This one keeps the fourth slice of the second thousand; eight addresses ahead of it cover the first thousand and the first three slices, and one address behind it covers the slice that remains.
